MMANC COMMITTEES

Much of the work of MMANC is done through committees. Below is a list of committees and their purposes. The standing committees of the organization shall be the Executive, Elections, Awards, Membership, Program, and Corporate Partners Committees. In addition, MMANC has several seats reserved for representation on various League of California Cities Policy Committees.

The President can appoint new or ad-hoc committees to accomplish the purposes of the organization.  Participation in these committees can occur by phone, fax, e-mail, or in person meetings.  If you are interested in participating on one of these committees, contact the President

LEAGUE OF CALIFORNIA CITIES POLICY COMMITTEES – MMANC REPRESENTATIVES
As an affiliate organization to the League of California Cities, MMANC has the opportunity to appoint representatives to the League’s Policy Committees. Representatives to these committees play an integral role by providing subject matter expertise to the committees and by providing written information on committee activities back to MMANC. These positions are appointed by the President and appointees must be city employees.
