MMANC is a volunteer organization and the resources and events that are offered reflect the involvement of members like you.  One of the benefits of MMANC membership is the opportunity to develop skills and work with other local government professionals.  We offer many opportunities for members to participate in the production of events and the business activities of the association.   

Most events sponsored by MMANC are planned, organized and executed by members with assistance from our administrative support team.  Planning committees are set up for the Annual Conference, Winter Forum and Women’s Leadership Summit and welcome people who are willing to assist.   There are also Regional events and each region has up to four Co-Chairs.  Volunteering to be a Co-Chair or working with your regional Co-Chairs is another way to participate.  Co-Chairs are all members of the MMANC Board of Directors. 

The MMANC Board of Directors is all voluntary as well and requires a full year commitment.
