Data in Local Government Webinar
Thursday, November 10, 2022
12:00 – 1:00 pm
Local Governments regularly use data to improve public services, communicate with their residents, and inform decision-making. They do this by using tools like open data portals, community surveys, data visualizations, and artificial intelligence. This webinar will highlight a few ways cities across California use data to tell their stories, improve public service, and inform their decisions. Attendees will receive presentations from a few cities in Region 5 and have the opportunity to ask questions at the end of each presentation. The purpose of this workshop is to get a broad understanding of interesting use-cases and see how local governments leverage data tools and insights for better governance.
