Bob Leland from Management Partners will be presenting best practiced and cautionary tales related to long-range forecasting, complimented by speakers sharing case studies on community-based budgeting and public engagement.

Mark Prestwich, City Manager, City of St. Helena and Alexandra Orologas, Assistant City Manager, City of El Cerrito will be sharing reflections and advice on the Journey from Assistant to ACM and ACM to City Manager.
