Human Resources Representative

Are you a Human Resources professional seeking to work for an agency who values their employees and the community it serves?  The City of Campbell is looking for a Human Resources Representative to join its dynamic team in the City Manager’s Office.

The Ideal Candidate will be a motivated and customer-service oriented HR Generalist who is eager to apply their knowledge and experience in providing superior customer service to the City of Campbell employees.  This candidate should be a master of organization, have the ability to be focused and be skilled at multi-tasking. They should be able to handle deadlines and structure while maintaining flexibility. The ideal candidate should be able to work both independently and as a collaborative team player.

The Position:
Under general supervision, performs a variety of paraprofessional, technical and administrative support work in one or more specialized areas of Human Resources, including but not limited to: recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, risk management, benefits, employee and labor relations, volunteer services functions, HRIS, training and organizational development; and performs related work as required.
