The City is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and community-focused leader with a passion for public service and lifelong learning. The ideal Library Director will combine a strong foundation in traditional library services with the ability to innovate, adapt, and lead the Library into the future. This individual will balance strategic planning with day-to-day operations, ensuring the Library remains responsive, inclusive, and accessible to the diverse needs of the community.
The mission of the Fullerton Public Library is to serve the diverse needs of our patrons, foster learning, provide resources, inspire creative thinking, and bring the Fullerton community together. It is a place where information and items of recreational, educational, and leisurely interest are collected, preserved, and made available in print and electronic formats.
