The City of Martinez is seeking a Management Analyst possessing strong project management, outreach and research skills to join the Community and Economic Development Division.
Under general direction they will perform a wide variety of complex confidential, administrative, and technical duties; administrative processes, procedures, and programs; performs a wide variety of research; conduct analytical studies of administrative and operational issues; direct and coordinate administrative operations; manage complex and sensitive special projects; and perform other related work as assigned.
The Management Analyst will oversee the City’s Sustainability Initiatives, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program, Community Outreach, Grant Research and Writing, as well as support Economic Development program initiatives.
