The Infrastructure Financing Program Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and supervising various infrastructure financing proposals and programs including, but not limited to, Community Facilities Districts (CFD’s) and Capital Facilities Fees (CFF’s); and to perform a variety of technical tasks related to assigned area of responsibility.

Experience and Training Guidelines:
Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:

Experience:
Four years of professional experience performing fiscal and project management in a public agency. Supervisory experience is desirable.

Training:
Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, public administration, economics, accounting, or related field. A Master’s degree in one of these areas may substitute for one of the non-supervisory years of experience.

License or Certificate:
Depending upon assignment, a valid California driver’s license may be required.
