Management Analyst I/II (Community Engagement)

The City of Rancho Cordova is looking for a dynamic and experienced community engagement professional to be a part of an exciting and award winning team that is passionate, committed to public service and is dedicated to building vibrant communities in Rancho Cordova.  This position will be the champion for community programs such as Neighborhood Engagement, neighborhood events and other special projects.  This individual must be an expert at bringing people together, listening to others, working with diverse groups and establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with the community and all of its stakeholders.  The ideal candidate will be hungry to learn, demonstrate creativity, strong work ethic and attention to detail. This candidate is expected to possess a skillset that includes outstanding facilitation, event coordination, effective project management and have the ability to thrive both as a team member and working independently.

Hybrid work schedule may be available. Some nights and weekends may be required.
