The City of Rancho Cordova is seeking a dynamic and community-focused Management Analyst II to support key initiatives in youth services and public art. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape impactful programs that enhance the quality of life for residents—especially youth—while advancing the City’s creative and cultural vision.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will lead and support a variety of high-impact programs and partnerships, including:
- Coordinate and enhance programming at the Rancho Cordova Youth Center (RCYC)
- Develop, manage, and evaluate youth enrichment, recreational, and educational programs
- Administer contracts and oversee vendor performance (e.g., nonprofits and service providers)
- Develop and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and agreements
- Support public art initiatives, including artist selection and project implementation
- Assist with updates to the City’s Arts Strategic Plan
- Build partnerships with schools, community organizations, and regional stakeholders
- Lead community engagement efforts and support educational initiatives
- Track program performance and prepare reports and presentations

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, or a related field
- (Two (2) years of directly related experience may be substituted for one (1) year of education)
- Two (2) years of professional experience comparable to a Management Analyst I
- Valid California driver’s license
