DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

The Director of Development Services for Rohnert Park is an essential member of the City’s
Leadership Team which works cohesively,
supports open communication and mutual respect The City is seeking a team-oriented, politically
astute, collaborative leader to become part of this dynamic and professional team. As a key team
member, the Director plays an integral part in modeling the City’s high standards necessary for the
professional operation of the Development Services Department and setting expectations and goals
for efficient performance while ensuring a high level of customer service is provided lo residents
and internal and external customers. This position will oversee and manage the day-to day
activities of the Development Services Department, which supports planning, building, housing and
code compliance.
