The City of Vacaville is seeking an innovative, results-driven leader to serve as its City Manager in a Council/Manager form of government. As the Chief Administrative Officer, this role is responsible for strategic planning, operational oversight, and policy implementation across all city departments. Reporting to the City Council, the City Manager ensures efficient, high-quality public services, fosters strong community relationships, and provides expert administrative support to elected officials.

The City Manager will drive long- and short-term initiatives, oversee budget and resource management and guide a talented workforce to achieve citywide goals. Salary Range for City Manager – $261, 197.94 – $317,469.07
