Coachella Valley Water District (CVWD, a nationally respected leader in water and wastewater management, is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking executive to serve as its next Deputy Director of Operations & Maintenance (Sanitation & Facilities). As a key executive leader reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the Deputy Director will oversee several mission-critical divisions, including wastewater treatment, collections, stormwater systems, canal maintenance, facilities maintenance, and fleet operations. This role is responsible for shaping long-term strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient service to the community.
