The County of Orange, located in California, is seeking a strategic and experienced Children and Family Services Division Director to lead the Children and Family Services Division (CFS) within the Social Services Agency. As a key member of the executive team, the Director will oversee programs that protect children, support families, and strengthen frontline professionals. Reporting directly to the Chief Deputy Director, the Division Director will manage complex operations within a highly regulated environment, guiding policy development, service delivery, and organizational transformation. The Director will cultivate trusted partnerships with labor organizations, courts, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders, while also mentoring staff and ensuring fiscal and programmatic accountability.
