We’re looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant Director within the Department of Family and Children Services, part of the esteemed Social Services Agency. The Assistant Director will assist in the planning, organizing, and directing of the staff and activities of one or more bureaus in the Department, including Child Abuse Hotline, Child Abuse Investigations, Court Intervention, Adoptions, Foster Home Licensing, Transitional Shelters, and Prevention Services.
Required Background and Experience:
The knowledge and abilities would typically be attained through education and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with a degree in Social Work, Public or Business Administration, or a directly related field and a minimum of three (3) years experience in an administrative/managerial capacity directing the provision of client services in children service programs.
