Salary: $98,508 – $147,763 Annually

Stanislaus County invites experienced and visionary leaders to apply for the role of Senior Safety & Risk Manager. This pivotal position within the Chief Executive Office is tailored for professionals who excel in risk management and employee safety within a dynamic governmental environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Develop and oversee comprehensive Risk Management programs.

·         Manage workers’ compensation and ensure compliance with Cal/OSHA and DOT regulations.

·         Foster strategic relationships and advise on policy, safety, and risk matters.

·         Lead teams in HR related disciplines, ensuring best practices in Disability Management and Safety.

Ideal Candidate:

·         A strategic thinker with a solid foundation in administrative and regulatory compliance.

·         Proven ability in analyzing complex issues and leading operational management.

·         Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field.

·         Four years of managerial experience, or five years in HR and/or Risk Management, with significant leadership responsibilities.
