Public Health Nurse – I & II

The Department of Health and Human Services – Public Health Division is currently recruiting for the positions of Public Health Nurse I and Public Health Nurse II in support of the Maternal, Child & Adolescent Health program (MCAH). These positions require travelling to client residences and completing field visits in the community. This critical program supports the health of California’s women of reproductive age, infants, children, adolescents, and their families including providing pregnant women with enhanced services in the area of nutrition, psychosocial and health educational services with their prenatal care, resulting in decreased low birthweight rates and healthcare costs.
