Placer County is accepting applications for Administrative Clerk – Journey for Health and Human Services in the Carnelian Bay, CA location.
The Human Services Division of the Department of Health and Human Services is seeking one permanent, full-time Administrative Clerk – Journey in their scenic North Lake Tahoe, Carnelian Bay office. Primary job duties include general reception duties, greeting customers and assessing the reason for the visit, answering phones and routing calls, receiving and registering applications, scanning and indexing, reviewing documents for completion, and other general administrative tasks that require front line customer service skills.
Although not required, the ideal candidate will be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish to assist customers in the Tahoe office. Employees who are designated to use a second language in the normal course and scope of work will receive five percent (5%) bilingual pay depending on operational needs and certification of proficiency.
