The Community Development Resource Agency is currently accepting applications for Deputy Director of Engineering & Surveying. This is an outstanding career opportunity to lead the Engineering & Surveying Division of the Placer County Community Development Resource Agency (CDRA) and play a key role in the County’s future. Reporting to the CDRA Director, this position is responsible for managing and directing the operations of the Engineering & Surveying Division and overseeing and coordinating internal management of the division under the general direction of the Community Development Resource Agency Director.

Experience: At least six years of increasingly responsible experience in surveying or land development engineering, including two years of management or supervisory responsibility.

Education: The equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in civil engineering or a related field. Additional training in management is highly desirable.

License: Possession of a current license as a Professional Civil Engineer
