Fire Chief

The City of West Covina is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking leader to serve as its next Fire Chief. Reporting directly to the City Manager, the Fire Chief will oversee all operations of the West Covina Fire Department—providing leadership, direction and administrative oversight to ensure effective fire suppression, emergency medical services, fire prevention and community risk reduction.

As a key member of the City’s executive leadership team, the Fire Chief will guide a department committed to safety, service and modernization. The ideal candidate is an experienced and collaborative professional who can balance day-to-day management with long-term strategic planning.
