Virtual Speed Coaching & Networking for Emerging and Senior Local Governments Leaders

Emerging leaders who work for a local government agency in Santa Clara or San Mateo Counties may register for one of the two virtual events. Participants will have the opportunity to get career advice from senior managers from different agencies in four or five rounds of coaching that last 10-12 minutes each. Participants can ask the same questions to each of the coaches or different questions to each of the coaches.
To ensure an equal number of participants and coaches, participants must register in a pair (one participant, one coach). The cost is $20 per pair. Speed coaching is easy and fun. And it can accelerate your advancement in local government. The event will be held virtually via Zoom. Registration is limited to 25 pairs (50 people)
